Hands-On Residential has scheduled to get the referenced job started on (insert date). (insert balance) will be due upon job completion. The expected completion date is (insert date). 

Hands On residential Repairs &the homeowner will be responsible for reporting any delays that they may run into at the time the delay is discovered.

Hands On Residential Repairs will provide quality service, & warrant any services provided after completion caused by faulty installation.

Hands On Residential repairs will make suggestions that are within the customers best interest, to keep them in budget & meet their project deadline.

Hands On Residential Repairs will report any new discoveries that could potentially cause issues for the homeowners in the future, at the time of discovery. The homeowner will decide if they wish to have those items added to the quote & completed by Hands On Residential Repairs.

Hands On Residential Repairs will not complete any work that is not listed on the quote attached to this document. Additional work maybe added to the quote with an additional deposit of (insert deposit) of the cost for the service that’s being added.

Pictures will be taken before & after the work is completed & will be made available to all parties involved.
 

Delay of payment upon the completion of work will result in a 1% fee that will be charged daily until funds are paid.
